CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make any changes to your upcoming appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If given less than 48 hours to cancel or move your appointment, that will result in a 50% fee. Any no-shows will result in 100% of the service cost. You have a 10 minute window. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged 50% of the service cost, and you will have to reschedule.
